How we work

Stand Tall Approach
A shared way of working across programmes, partnerships and systems.

Navigating Pathways.
Pathways become clearer when learning, experience and work are connected.

Pathways through education and work are often visible to institutions, but hard to navigate from the young person’s perspective. This work focuses on building the capabilities young people need to navigate employability pathways over time, connecting learning and experience, adapting as circumstances change and moving forward with greater clarity over time.

I used to think you needed money or experience to start something. Now I realise it’s more about learning as you go and having people around you who support you.

— Youth enterprise participant
Our current evidence shows increased confidence, engagement, and persistence for young people, alongside a longer-term commitment to improving pathway navigability through shared learning.
