Work with us

Stand Tall works in the space between how systems are designed and how young people experience them. Pathways through education and work are often organised from an institutional perspective, leaving young people to make sense of complex choices with limited support. Our work focuses on building the inner capabilities needed to navigate those conditions with confidence, while also learning how systems and partnerships can better support young people over time.

Schools and educators

Schools often see learners disengage not because they lack ability, but because pathways feel unclear or disconnected from lived experience and future options. Collaboration focuses on building the capabilities students need to navigate learning and transitions with greater confidence, while strengthening re-engagement, careers learning and real-world application.

Community organisations and partners

Community organisations frequently support young people navigating complexity, but without the structures or connections needed to help learning, ideas or projects carry forward. Stand Tall works alongside community organisations, including Māori-led partners, to create conditions where capability can be nurtured and connected to wider opportunity, while respecting local leadership and context.

Employers and ecosystem contributors

Employers and ecosystem contributors often want to help young people move from learning into meaningful opportunity, but find pathways fragmented or hard to navigate. Engagement is shaped through mentoring, project-based experiences, real-world insight and shared learning, so contributions strengthen movement rather than adding another disconnected option.

Funders and supporters

Funders and supporters often recognise that capability-building alone is not enough if systems remain difficult to navigate. Supporting Stand Tall enables work that links direct experience with system learning, helping insights from young people inform more coordinated, navigable pathways over time.
