Stand Tall Approach

We take a partnership approach to foster the connected conditions required to transform youth participation, resilience, employability and self-actualisation.

We provide supported access to capability pathways that develop an 'entrepreneurial mindset' for all rangatahi aged 16-24, a complementary skills to all employment types.

Unlock innovation potential through exposure to entrepreneurial and digital capabilities.

The entrepreneurial and digital pathways complement one another. Together they create the environment required to unlock youth talent, and nurture their entrepreneurial spirit. This includes unlimited access to the skills, tools, mentors and mindset so youth can address challenges that affect them the most and connect with their purpose. The aim is for our youth to be equipped and future-proofed, so they have what they need to fully participate in Aotearoa's long-term economic, social and environmental prosperity.
